47 Marine Parade is a contemporary development of 13 new apartments situated on the seafront at Tankerton on an elevated position lying to the east of the town of Whitstable. The scheme provides a high quality landmark building that was influenced by the 1930’s international style of architecture with geometric shaped red brick and colour rendered elements, subtly layered to provide depth and detail to the building.
