38 New Dover Road is a development of 16 new apartments, the architectural inspiration for which is the large three storey elevation Victorian villas in the vicinity. The elevations are finished in red stock bricks with stone window surrounds and stone string courses. The windows are generally of casement design. The main entranceway and a number of the windows are surmounted by rubbed brick arches with decorative keystone. The roof is covered in plain clay tiles with Victorian ridge and verge detailing with large Victorian style chimneys.
