Great Stour Place is a mixed development of houses and apartments situated in the West Station area of Canterbury. It was predominantly a new build scheme but incorporated three existing Victorian warehouses which were successfully converted into loft style houses. The development is arranged around two courtyard spaces and accessed by a private road with a gated entrance.
