A redevelopment of a former local authority care home providing 13 new town houses arranged in two terraces that front onto existing roads. One of the terraces provides predominantly two storey houses, and the other provides grander three storey town houses all of which are designed in a traditional style using colour washed render and yellow stock bricks. The car parking is discreetly positioned between the terraces and accessed by a private gated entrance.
