A development in St Peter’s Lane, Canterbury of nine town houses and two 2-bedroom apartments. Arranged in the form of a terrace with each house having a shallow front garden separated from the pavement by a low wall. The front elevation is traditionally detailed as a Georgian terrace and three storeys in height with a parapet and a steeply pitched slate roof.
The design of the rear has a more contemporary feel with double glazed powder coated aluminium windows and a patinated zinc cladding to the second floor.
Internally each home has a contemporary styling with spaces designed to be open, light and airy. These spaces are finished to a high standard with an outstanding internal specification.
